Supplement for exam 4

     Your fourth unit exam will be given on December 6.  Part of the exam (the first 24 questions) will be on the muscles themselves (in the usual multiple choice format) as follows.  Because of the nature of the material, the 24 questions will NOT include an "all of the above", or a "none of the above" choice.  The answer will be one of the four given choices.

1-8:  You are given the name of the muscle, and asked to give its action
9-16:  You are given the Origin and Insertion, and asked to name the muscle
17-24:  You are given the Origin and Insertion, and asked to give the muscle action
============================================================
Part of the material will include knowing the origin (O), insertion (I), and action (A) of the muscles on the list you received in the laboratory.  Given that some of this information is a bit "wordy", I have attempted to distill the really complex ones.  Please follow these guidelines as you learn origins, insertions, and actions:
============================================================
"as given" means that you learn it exactly as it is written on the page number given.
Written information is what you learn instead of what is written in the book.
